Complete the company profile

The Company profile tab holds four sections — Company details, Addresses and sites, Named contacts, and Activities and scope. Each row shows the value, its status and where it came from: a cited document page you can open beside the page, a value one of your people provided, a correction with the earlier value kept in history, or a suggestion Complya read that you have not confirmed yet.

Use Edit details on a section to change or add values. A required field with no value says so and points at Edit details; an optional one reads "Optional · not provided". When two documents disagree, the row offers each candidate with its source — choose the right one or type the correct value; both sources stay in the history.

The status chips

A row with no chip is simply recorded. "With your expert" means a saved value is awaiting their review; "Approved" means they confirmed it; "Sent back" means they returned it — read the note under the row and save a corrected value; "Needs resubmission" means a governing fact changed and the value must be saved again. History on each section lists every value a row has held and who gave it.
