Set up your organization workspace

Your organization workspace is where cases, uploads, generated documents, expert messages, and team settings live. Add a recognizable organization name so experts and support can identify the workspace quickly.

Invite teammates who need to contribute source documents, answer gap requests, or follow delivery status. Keep access limited to people who need it; regulated evidence often includes confidential product, clinical, and quality-system material.

Separate operational roles where possible. A billing contact may not be the person who answers technical questions, and the regulatory owner may not be the person uploading finance or account information.
