Use case statuses to see whether Complya, your team, or the expert needs to act next.
The dashboard is designed around next action. A case may be awaiting upload, drafting, waiting for your input, under expert review, approved, or delivered. Use the status and action cards together rather than reading the status alone.
When the case asks for input, answer the request inside the workflow instead of sending unstructured notes elsewhere. This keeps the answer tied to the document, fact, or gap that needs it.
If a hard deadline is attached to the case, tell your expert and support early. A deadline does not remove regulatory requirements, but it helps everyone prioritize open blockers and decide what can realistically be delivered.
