When deadlines affect delivery timelines

Tell support and your expert about audits, submissions, renewals, and launch dates early.

Regulatory Deadlines

If you have a notified-body submission, audit, renewal, tender, market launch, or internal board deadline, add it to the case discussion early. It helps the expert understand which blockers are time-critical.

A deadline does not make missing evidence acceptable, but it can change sequencing. The team may prioritize classification, source gaps, clinical evidence, or delivery-critical documents first.

For urgent cases, contact support with the organization name, case name, deadline, and what is blocked. Include screenshots or file names when the blocker is technical.
