Use the AI assistant
Ask questions with case context, inspect citations and draft a message for your expert.
Working with your expert and assistant
Where to find it
AssistantYou need
- A client account; a case or connected source when your question depends on one.
The assistant keeps chat history and can read documents already in your case. Its composer has two affordances — "Attach a document" and "@ to mention a document" — plus Send. Answers that draw on a document list them under "Sources"; read those before relying on a factual answer.
The assistant can draft a message for the expert flow. Sending is a separate user action; the AI does not write an expert decision or approve a regulated fact.
What happens next
- Continue the chat, inspect its history, or send an intentional message through the offered action.
