Use the history to understand recorded case events and exported revisions.

My Cases → Your case → Device classification → History
You need
- Access to the case.
History is reached from the "History" button in the header of the Device classification page. It records case events and released package revisions; "Export history" downloads that record. Use it to identify what was released at a particular time rather than treating the latest screen as a rewrite of the past.
What happens next
- Open the relevant revision or return to the case to address current work.
