Read a document once it is delivered
Know when a document becomes readable in your case, and what the placeholder says until then.
Technical file and documents
Where to find it
My Cases → Your case → Technical file → Document
You need
- A delivered case whose package is current.
You read a document in the case only once the whole technical file has been delivered and the package is current. Before that, opening a row shows the document's name and one of three sentences instead of its text.
| What the panel says | What it means |
|---|---|
| Your MDR expert is still finalising this document. You'll be able to read it here once it's issued. | The document is not yet issued, the file is not yet delivered, or the delivered package is currently withheld or being updated (see the deliverable page). |
| This document is not part of your current package. | The document was retired from the delivered package. |
| This document isn't available to preview here yet. | The document exists but this panel cannot render it. |
What happens next
- Once delivered, read the document against the source references shown with it — a citation records where a statement came from; it does not confirm the source fact.
- Download the released deliverable for the file as issued.
