Act on a message asking for a correction

Your expert's review findings reach you as a message; the correction happens in the owning workflow.

Where to find it

My Cases → Your case → Open conversation

You need

  • A case message from your expert asking for a change.

Your expert records review findings inside their own workspace; you do not see a findings list. When a finding needs something from you, it arrives as a message in the case thread — one your expert wrote and reviewed before sending.

  1. Read the message for what it names: a fact, a source document, a gap answer, or a clarification.
  2. Make the change where that thing lives — correct the fact, upload the document, answer the gap. A reply that describes the change is not the change.
  3. Reply in the thread if your expert asked a question, or if what they asked for cannot be done as stated.

What happens next

  • The expert reviews the corrected basis and updates the result it feeds.
