Where to find it
My Cases → Your case
You need
- A client case.
The expert card on the case reads "Not yet assigned" until an expert is assigned, and then shows their name with "Open conversation". Assignment controls expert access and enables expert-only review acts; it does not make unreviewed evidence accepted.
Before assignment, you can still supply source documents and complete client-owned facts made available by the case.
What happens next
- Expert-owned decisions enter the assigned expert's workspace.
